Payment is not collected automatically from this page. First message us on WhatsApp; we will review the scope and your materials before sending payment instructions.

There is no automatic renewal or automatic recurring charge. Essential Continuity — MXN $1,200 for each additional year, VAT included. It begins only with your affirmative confirmation.

Does the customer need to install an app?

No. The menu opens directly in the phone’s browser.

Can prices and products be changed?

Yes. Changes can be made without reprinting the complete design; later updates depend on the option selected.

Where is the menu hosted?

The base package includes a link hosted under Soy Mazatlán for the first year.

Is a custom domain included?

The base plan includes a menu address hosted within Soy Mazatlán. It does not include the purchase of a custom domain, which may be requested separately subject to availability and quotation.

Are photographs included?

Photography production is not included in the base price. We can optimize suitable supplied images or quote a session.

Can the menu be bilingual?

Yes. Spanish is the base version and English can be added as an optional service.

Can it include WhatsApp, maps, or social networks?

Yes, when the business supplies and approves those links.

How many products are included?

The base package includes up to 40 products. Additional products are quoted separately.

What happens after the first year?

There is no automatic renewal. Approximately 15 calendar days before the period ends, we will ask whether you want Essential Continuity — MXN $1,200 for each additional year, VAT included. No further charge occurs without your affirmative confirmation.

Is Costa Mazatleca a real restaurant?

No. It is a fictional demonstration created to show the product’s possibilities.

Can reservations be added?

A WhatsApp reservation flow can be quoted. An advanced automatic reservation system is not part of this phase.
